A new range of natural savory flavors for Exter
To optimize value for money in today’s competitive food market, Exter Aroma has created a line of new, natural savory flavors. This rich and full range features a unique combination of savory flavor profiles produced using traditional food preparation processes.
In keeping up with the trend towards natural, healthy and clean label food products, these new savor flavors have a natural and clean label declaration, having been made from natural and food ingredients.
These authentic flavor profiles are chicken, beef and meat. Ranging from boiled to roasted, they come in a variety of profiles. Their flavors provide a lingering taste and can be applied in a wide range of savor applications like soups, sauces, meat, snacks and ready-made meals.
Most products in the new range are MSG free, E-number free, allergen free, GMO free and vegan. Moreover the sodium content of most of the products is up to 25 % lower compared with current alternatives and as such supporting low sodium labeling. Every flavor comes with an excellent heat and shelf life stability that can be used in a wide range of food applications.
Sixty-five year-old Exter Aroma is based in Zaandam, the Netherlands. Exter Aroma produces Savor and Maillard reaction flavors and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Proteins (HVP). Its products are distributed via a network of professional distributors all around the world. The production process is Kosher and Halal certified. Exter Aroma is BRC (British Retail Consortium) certified at the highest (A) level.
