President Ken Saito. “Since that time, Kikkoman has expanded to Europe, Mexico, Asia, Australia and parts of Africa, so we decided to change the name of the U.S. operations to better align with Kikkoman Group Companies. We’ll still operate from our San Francisco headquarters and six branch offices throughout the United States. Most importantly, we continue to produce naturally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce from our two U.S. plants, located in Walworth, Wisconsin, and Folsom, California.
