Flavors and Fragrances’ flavor department developing butter flavors
that still deliver the fatty, creamy, mouth feel butter flavor.
The replacers have been shown to work successfully in popcorn,
cookie and bakery applications and are being tested in additional
applications. These replacers contain no added Diacetyl.
